| This charming piece of textile art
features 2 hares enjoying themselves in a flower meadow. My appliqué hares were made using my free machine drawing method (see sewing tips section for a tutorial), but my designs are suitable for most forms of appliqué. I have hand quilted it with a traditional feather spray. The paper pattern is available to purchase in my shop and features clear, detailed instructions, full size appliqué template and quilting lines. ‘Hares’ is a delightful little project which can be used in many ways: frame it or place it in the centre of a medallion quilt or sew it onto a cushion… the choice is yours. |
