1 Day Workshop - Free-Motion Stitching and Fusible Appliqué

In this fun workshop I will give you an introduction to fusible appliqué free-motion stitching with your sewing machine. These are my favourite techniques and a really important part of how I achieve my quilting style.

In the morning, you will learn how to draw using your sewing machine through a series of fun exercises, no real-life drawing skills are required! In the afternoon, everyone createsa small appliqué picture, walking step by step through the process, piecing a background, making the appliqué and adding a little free-motion stitching and perhaps hand embroidery.

Honestly, no real life drawing skills are required. I will be right there to help you design, draw any templates required and guide you to create your very own unique projects. I look forward to meeting and creating with you!
